1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 77game ("77game," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77game website located at 77game.lat and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein ("Services").

By accessing the 77game website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any part of the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 77game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

77game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe stipulated by 77game may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77game platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

When registering your 77game account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number as registered with your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet or local bank account.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account password confidential and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 77game immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security relating to your login credentials.

77game will never ask you for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password in this manner should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 77game support immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. 77game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

77game operates as a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) native platform. All account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to identity verification and compliance with 77game's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. 77game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

77game does not impose deposit processing fees on JazzCash or Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer and USDT transactions may be subject to third-party processing fees outside 77game's control. All promotional bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

5. Betting, Gaming Rules, and Fair Play

All betting and gaming activity conducted on the 77game platform is subject to the individual game rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface on the platform.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 77game, you acknowledge and accept that:

General bonus conditions applicable to all 77game promotions include:

• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Collusion, match-fixing, insider information abuse, or any form of cheating in sports betting or casino games.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Chargebacks on legitimate transactions. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at 77game staff or other platform users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77game platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, data feeds, odds displays, and the overall platform interface — is the intellectual property of 77game or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without express written permission from 77game.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77game, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 77game platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Gambling losses sustained through normal platform use.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

77game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A regulatory requirement necessitates restriction or closure of the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.

Upon account closure, any verified account balance will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities, provided the balance was not derived from activity that violates these Terms.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
